CSF Deal Manager: Terms of Use and Messaging Terms
For authorized Catalina Structured Funding employees. Accounts are provided by CSF.
Who may use the app
CSF Deal Manager is an internal business tool. Only people CSF has given an account may use it, and only for CSF business. CSF creates, changes and closes accounts. Keep your password private and sign out of devices you no longer use. CSF may suspend an account at any time.
Text messages sent through the app
- Who sends them: CSF employees send text messages (SMS and MMS) to CSF's customers, prospective customers and business contacts from CSF's business phone numbers, about the customer's inquiry, account or transaction with CSF.
- Consent: CSF texts people who have given CSF their mobile number and agreed to be contacted by text, or who texted CSF first. CSF does not buy or share mobile numbers or text-messaging consent with third parties for their marketing.
- Frequency: message frequency varies with the conversation.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply. CSF does not charge for its texts.
- Opting out: reply STOP to any CSF text to stop receiving texts from that number. CSF confirms the opt-out with one final message. Reply START to opt back in.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
The app's test environment (used for Apple's App Review) sends texts only to CSF-owned test phones.
