CSF Deal Manager: Support
For authorized Catalina Structured Funding employees. Accounts are provided by CSF.
Calls not ringing?
- Allow the microphone: Settings > CSF Deal Manager > Microphone.
- Save "CSF Probate Line" (818) 296-0779 to your contacts. iOS's "Screen Unknown Callers" setting otherwise sends CSF calls straight to Recents.
- Allow notifications for message and voicemail alerts: Settings > CSF Deal Manager > Notifications.
- Tap the account button at the top of the screen, then Call diagnostics, to see the calling status and run a call test. You can share the diagnostics report with CSF; it contains no names, numbers or messages.
What the app is
CSF Deal Manager is CSF's internal app for business calls, texts and records: Probate Leads, Prospecting (CSF Phone), Deal Messenger, CSF calls through iOS's calling screen, and Recents.
Getting an account
There is no sign-up. CSF creates accounts for employees who need the app. If you need access, or your access should change, ask app-support@csfcap.com.
Signing in and out
- Sign in with your CSF username and password. Forgot it? Use "Forgot password" on the sign-in page.
- After signing in you can turn on Face ID (or Touch ID) to open CSF without typing your password; change it, or how soon CSF locks, in About > Security. If Face ID fails or your iPhone's Face ID settings change, tap Sign in with CSF password. You sign in with your password again at least every 30 days.
- To sign out, tap the account button at the top of the screen, then Sign Out. Signing out stops CSF calls ringing this phone.
